Note: Flipgrid is now Flip! There have been many updates to the functions and look of the platform. In this session, you will notice some differences between the video and the current version of Flip. We are aware of this and are working on updating our courses to reflect these changes.

Mindfulness Activities for Middle and High School

Are your students having trouble paying attention, coping with change, or difficulty expressing their emotions? There are many layers of mindfulness that you might not know of. Join us as we share ways you can help your middle or high school students build flexibility and emotional toolkits.
