Creating Assistive Technology Using 3D Design

Sometimes people with disabilities may not have the means to purchase high-end versions of the equipment that is necessary to assist them in their daily lives. In this course, we will discuss how to get students thinking about assistive devices and how they can be created using 3D design. We'll go over how to guide students in developing solutions and creating cost-effective assistive technology.

Teaching with Tinkercad

Tinkercad is a free app that can be used to create 3D designs. Teaching with Tinkercad can be used for myriad of different subjects and lessons ranging from coding, to electronics, to art and 3D printing.
