Ordering and Comparing Length Measurements as Numbers

The teacher will have the students login to Lumio, formerly known as SMART Learning Suite Online, and push each slide as an individual activity for the students. The students will use the the Lumio lesson to measure different items using objects that are the same length. The students will compare objects and arrange them by their length. Once the students have completed the activity the must find a household object to measure using another object (ex: using paper clips to see how long the TV remote would be). As an extension, the students will take their selected item and use a Google Hangout/Meet to discuss their findings with their class. To review the teacher will create a "Rank Order" LAB Activity for the students to do indivdually with Lumio to check for understanding.
